Q. Do I need personal Insurance?

A. No, our trainers are fully Insured Certified and hold First Aid Certification.

Q. What type of raining do I have to undertake?

A. We will design a bespoke training package to suit each client, you will undergo a physical assessment to establish your level of physical ability.

Q. Do I pay upfront, Direct Debit, Cash or cheque.

A. This will be discussed upon formally signing an exercise contract – it will be based on factors of affordability, training time and venue (some venues may require an upfront cost i.e. Climbing Walls, Swimming Pools etc) We do not take PayPal or Crypto Currencies (yet).

Q. I am a novice at exercise does this matter?

A. No. We all started somewhere!

Q. Do you take on multiple clients at one session to supplement the cost?

A. Yes – factors depending upon location. Maximum of 4 persons for one session per instructor.

Q. I have a medical condition – can I still partake?

A. Dependent upon the condition it is always recommended to seek advice from a medical professional first, but this will be assessed prior to payment and before commencing any training.

Q. What type of training do you cover?

A. That depends upon each client or group. A varied range from outdoor Trail Walks, Running, High intensity Cardio-Vascular training, light weights to heavy compound Circuits. Bouldering, Climbing Swimming – You are really only limited by yourself!

Q. Will you tell me what I need if we go on walks?

A. Yes – We will provide a full kit list (if necessary).
